I recently took over managing the accounts side of the charity, making the transition to progress us to a recognised accounting program. Our aim is to make sure our therapists receive prompt payments for the treatments they provide for our clients.I am responsible to our Office Manager and then to the Trustees of the Harmony Therapy Trust. My time in the office is always varied, from taking phone calls from clients or therapists. Paying invoices, creating reports, doing bank reconciliation. The images, sometimes over 2000, are edited and the best ones posted on the social media site. I sell the photos and donate the money to Harmony.
